Another one…

Kate made another trip to the pediatrician this morning and yep, she has another ear infection.  Once again she did not run fever which is good for her, but I felt like an idiot taking her in saying “I think she has an ear infection, something is off”  Could they have thought I was any more crazy when I show up with a giddy little baby and I am swearing she was not like this at home (and not like that as soon as we were left alone in the room to wait for the doctor)??  So anyway Kate and I got to spend the day together…. she gave me lots of good cuddles to make up for all the pity trips she was giving me.  Really, I felt so bad for her, I know she really was uncomfortable or in pain.  So now, we make a trip to the ENT the first week of September.  I am very thankful that she tolerates the infections so well, no interrupted night sleep and such.  I know it could be much, much worse.  (So sorry Dan and Deanna!)

She got weighed again today and was up to 15lbs 10oz, so she is a growing girl! 

Kory found me an old camera of ours to use until I can become a responsible adult that can keep up with her camera.  Needless to say it is kinda old and I don’t like it nearly as much as my other one, but it still takes pics that I can post for ya’ll   Oh yeah, Denise thanks for the biology lesson….guess I will give up hope on my mush brain solidifying again!

Thanks to everyone that has made such sweet comments about our little girl.  I am glad I am not off my rocker in thinking she is so dang cute!
