I am sick and tired of being sick and tired!! I could go on and on about that, but for everyone’s benefit I will keep the whining to myself (or to Kory) 
So yes, the stomach bug caught up with me too, so needless to say all three of us had a pretty miserable weekend. And we made yet another visit to the pediatrician today…. she is going to start calling me the crazy mom soon! It all started when Kate had some bumps show up on Saturday….we just decided they had to be mosquito bites. Well, maybe they were and maybe they were not. More bumps appeared Sunday, Monday and today and she has not ventured outside since Friday…unless she is being really adventurous in her sleep! So I dropped her off at daycare this morning to find out that a little boy (they are already causing trouble) has hand, mouth and foot disease….. so off we go to the doc office. As of now she has no lesions in her throat so she seems to be clear, but she has been exposed and she does have the other bumps so we are just waiting. Poor little thing can’t catch a break!
Because of all the sickness, I am learning how easy it can be to get out of our habits and routine and how quickly Kate catches on to things. I am at a point where I am not completely sure if she is feeling bad or just manipulating the system!! 
She is so precious I want to give her the benefit of the doubt….but I am afraid, give her an inch and she will take a mile…. she is no dummy!
I guess I better go grab the camera and get a picture to put with the post, so I don’t get in trouble!
Back in the swing with the paci….desperate times call for desperate measures…
